Anju Gupta oversees operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc). She has set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the company. Her roles includes evaluating performance of employees & workers by analysing and interpreting data and metrics. She also manages relationships with partners/vendors.
Rajat Surana
Head - Finance & Accounts
Rajat Surana provides financial reports and interprets financial information to managerial staff while recommending the further course of action. He also looks after the financial health of the organisation. Rajat, further helps in developing trends and projections for the firm's finances. He is also responsible for building the monthly MIS reports followed by all the financial projections.
